.................... it can't be August already!
Time is quite literally flying away, passing by in a whirl & a whisper. I noticed someone had started a countdown clock to Christmas on there Blog the other day - I'm not even gonna tell you how many days, it's just to damn scary! And, no, it's nothing to do with the fact they are very clever & can do things like insert countdown clocks & stuff & I still can't insert a picture (insert verrrrry frustrated face here, if only I could, Tee hee)!). My tech guy (thank-you Andy) did spend many minutes (nearly hours) on the phone with me today & joy, we had it sussed but now I have to learn to resize the pictures so they fit - does the torture never end?! Pictures soon, I promise.
I have just noticed I haven't really mentioned anything craft related since the start of the Blog (well apart from the Ark which was nearly joined by a hand crafted bomb shelter during all the horrendous thunder & lightening last week!). Sooooooo what have I been up to, I hear you cry. Have spent lots of time preparing demonstration samples for upcoming in-store & retail events (dates for shows & events are making there way onto the Blog slowly but surely so please keep checking back, thank-you for your patience), just finished a magazine article for Creative Cardmaking August issue, planning some exciting (but can't tell you yet!) stuff for Birmingham NEC in November & just generally trying to keep on top of the boring stuff (you know pesky house work, horrid admin, boring cooking & stuff!). I haven't crafted for pleasure/for myself for what seems like an age so I have a couple of projects planned to do for myself but to share the progress with you - will start this once I have the picture thing sorted. Exciting!
